Edit: Once I power it back on, it does a half cycle where the litter will sift but not far enough to dump the waste in the bin. After that, it stops and shows a constant red light. Edit 2: I was just contacted by customer support after a week. I opted for a full refund because I'm not hopeful that the replacement will last long either.
